PE PA and PP corrugated hose look the same but quite different from each other
Inspection is very important to the customer, the company and the product. Everflex has a strict inspection system to ensure that every product is qualified. The paint spray hose was carefully inspected by our professional quality inspectors before shipment.
Package:Check whether the packaging form, package size and quantity of the paint spray hose meet the requirements, and whether the package is complete and has no damage.
Marking: Check whether the size, quantity and pasting position of the paint spray hose mark are in accordance with the customers’ requirements. Check whether the content of the mark is correct.
Inner diameter and outer diameter: Measure the inner diameter, outer diameter and joints of the spraying tube to see if there are obvious deviations.
Printing:Some customers will request to print their marks on the surface of the hose. So check whether the printing position is suitable, the content is correct, the font is clear and neat. The printing font and printing size are in accordance with the requirements.
Of course, there are other inspection of the customer needs to test, such as softness, etc.
