1. When installing the high pressure rubber hose, do not let the hose be twisted. Otherwise, the pressure will damage the high pressure pipe or the connection will be loose.
2. When the bending radius of the hose is too small, you should pay attention. A more reasonable approach is to use a right-angle joint to avoid sharp bends and twists.
3. When the hose is under pressure, the length of the it will change. If the stroke of the steel wire layer inside the high pressure hose is large, the length of the pressurized hose will become shorter. On the contrary, if the stroke is small, the length of the hose will become longer. Generally, there is a little error in the product. So it is inevitable to lengthen or shorten. No fixing device should be added to the bending position of the hose. The hose should be free to move. Because once it is fixed, it is easy to cause aggravated wear at the buckling point.
4. In order to avoid damage to the hose and flow restriction, the bending radius should be as big as possible.
5. When installing the high-pressure hose, remember not to twist the high-pressure hose. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the high-pressure hose or loosen the crimping joint when under pressure.
6. When installing the high-pressure hose between objects, a certain amount of space should be left. Avoid friction between the high-pressure hose and the object during operation. If it cannot be avoided, try to take some protective measures. For example, use a hose protector like spiral hose guard.
