Generally speaking, under the same material, the spray paint hose with thicker pipe wall is relatively more wear-resistant. Thicker pipe wall can withstand greater friction and pressure and is not easy to be worn through. But also pay attention to the uniform thickness of the pipe wall. Otherwise, the thinner part may become a weak point in wear resistance.

Regular spray paint tube products usually have a technical parameter table. It will indicate data related to wear resistance, such as wear rate, wear resistance grade, etc. The lower the wear rate, the better the wear resistance. The higher the wear resistance grade, the better the wear resistance among similar products.
