The choice of hydraulic oil hose must have sufficient strength, the inner wall of the hose must be smooth, clean, no sand, no rust, no oxidation particles and other defects, for the long-term storage of the hose, consider the impact of its corrosion, must be pickled before use, after washing to check whether durable. (The poor quality of tubing is mainly manifested as uneven thickness of hose wall, insufficient tension of steel wire layer, loose drawing and weaving, which reduces the pressure bearing capacity).
When using rubber hose as hydraulic oil hose, in order to ensure the normal work of high pressure hose and extend the service life, the following principles should be paid attention to when installing high pressure hose:
1) Avoid sharp bending.
The bending radius of the hose after installation should not be less than 8 to 10 times the outer diameter of the hose, the root of the joint at both ends of the hose is not allowed to bend, and a certain straight section should be retained, the length of which should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the hose: in order to avoid sharp bending, the hose can be wrapped around the spring or support steel belt and other methods, so that the bending gentle.
2) No distortion is allowed.
This fault is prone to occur in the process of tightening the joint at both ends of the hose, which will change the braiding Angle of the wire braiding layer, make the hose unevenly stressed and bear pressure drop. To avoid distortion, draw a straight line parallel to the center line on the hose with chalk before assembly, so that it is easy to check whether the hose is twisted after installation.
3) There should be a certain amount of relaxation in the length direction, and it should not be in a state of tension. More attention should be paid to this point when replacing the new hose. Because the hose through the high pressure oil, its full length has 3~4% of the contraction, and the giant oil cylinder in the lifting process has a certain range of swing momentum. If the length of the hose is not enough, two hoses can be lengthened by connecting them through the transition joint.
4) The contact and friction between the hose and the machine or the driving shed should be avoided as far as possible to prevent the wear of the outer adhesive layer and the steel wire braiding layer. In areas where mechanical friction with the outside world may occur, canvas tape or rubber hose should be wrapped for protection.
5) For hydraulically operated traction-type farm tools (or dump trailers), a safety joint should be installed at the hose connection between the farm tools and the tractor to prevent hose breaking and oil leakage caused by the decoupling of the farm tools.
