PE PA and PP corrugated hose look the same but quite different from each other
In order to extend the working life, PVC fiber reinforced hose should be used like this. There are some matters needing attention when using it.
- Bending
(1) Please use the PVC fiber reinforced hose above its bending radius, otherwise it will break and reduce the pressure resistance;
(2) When powder and particles are transported, please try to enlarge the bend radius of the In order to extend the working life because it may cause hose wear.
- The fluid
(1) The PVC fiber reinforced hose used shall be suitable for the fluid transported;
(2)Before applying the fiber reinforced hose to oils, powders, toxic chemicals and strong acids or alkalis.
- The pressure
(1) PVC fiber reinforced hose must be used within the recommended temperature and pressure range;
(2) As the hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure, please cut the fiber reinforced hose into a length slightly longer than you need;
(3)When applying pressure, open/close any valve slowly to avoid shock pressure.
