Application range:
It is used in construction machinery such as pumps and mortar spraying machines for concrete conveying. It’s super wear-resistant performance makes the service life much longer than that of ordinary concrete hose. The high saturation of UPE also protect the hose from the erosion of alkaline substances in concrete.
It can also used for high pressure spraying, plaster, grout, sand, gypsum, and ready mixed concrete, etc.
It is Light weight for hand held applications
Inner layer is NR&SBR. The reinforce layer is 2-4 layers Super-soft and high-strength copper-plated steel cord winding. The outer layer use NR or SBR. The hose can work in the temperature range of -30℃~+82℃(-22℉~+180℉).
The length have 1.5 meters, 3 meters, 6 meters, etc. We can customize any length of hose to meet your needs.
