Precautions to use the brake system of a car
In the former pieces I mentioned we EverFlex has transferred to a new office. With the gradual perfection of our new office, we decide to transfer the sample room. It’s impossible to act in work days because lots of people use the elevator. Therefore, we decide to do it in the holidays.
On May 4th, the last day of International Labour Day, also the Youth Day, we begin to transfer the sample room. It’s a huge project because we have thousands of samples in the room. Besides, there are lots of shelves and boxes. But it’s just a piece of cack to outstanding EverFlex members. 14 persons from order center and marketing participate in such event.
What should we transfer?
First is the bulk samples
We have more than 15,000 samples with large and small size in the room. What’s more, they are on the high shelf. Therefore, we have to take down them first. Some of the samples are really heavy, but nobody fears. In stead, all of the 14 members work hard to transfer the samples. Here I want to praise our 14 members, especially the women. They do the moving work all the time and even as men. The not only carry the heavy sample, but also break down the shelves. Besides, they do lots of cleaning works.
Then, we break down and reinstall the shelves
After moving the sample, we break down the shelves and reinstall them in the new sample room. We have total 15 shelves and each of them is long and tall. But with our hard work, it has been finished within 2 hours. After reinstalling the shelves, we put the samples on the new ones bu types. For example, PVC hose on a shelf, while rubber hose on another shelf.
Last, we do the cleaning work
After the transfer, we throw the wasted samples and clean the elder sample room. Because some of the samples have been here for many years and they are not the newest.
From 8 a.m. to 18 p.m, we work a whole day. All of the members are very tired. But nobody complain about it. Company try to supply us a better environment, while we make effort to make it better. This is one of our value that achieve win-win between company and staff.
