Hydraulic hose, or also known as hydraulic hose, steel wire high-pressure hose, hydraulic hose and other names. According to the manufacturing process, it is generally divided into steel wire braided hydraulic hoses and steel wire wound hydraulic hoses. It is commonly used in the transportation of petroleum-based and water-based liquids with a certain pressure (higher pressure) and temperature, and liquid transmission.
From the definition of hydraulic hose, we can roughly understand that a qualified hydraulic pressure must have high pressure resistance and be suitable for different temperatures. Of course, this is just its basic “literacy”. The application environment of hydraulic hoses is destined to be “not simple”. Today’s editor will tell you: “How is a qualified hydraulic hose “finished” into of?”
1. High pressure resistance performance test
Simulate the actual practical working conditions. The application of hydraulic hoses is basically in the field of high pressure or ultra high pressure, which ensures that it must pass the pressure performance test. The detection pressure is generally 1.5 times its maximum working pressure.
2. High and low temperature resistance performance test
Simulate actual practical working conditions, perform high-temperature or low-temperature, or high-low temperature alternation, high-temperature high-low pressure alternation, or low-temperature high-low pressure alternation under pressure.
3. Pulse fatigue life performance test
Simulate the actual practical working conditions, apply a specified frequency and a specified number of pressure shocks to the hydraulic hose, and measure its service life.
Fourth, burst pressure performance test
Continuous application of pressure to the hydraulic hose caused it to burst, and the maximum working pressure of the hose was measured.
V. Other performance tests
Because hydraulic hoses have a wide range of applications and are often used in special environments, some specially customized hydraulic hoses should sometimes be tested for performance in terms of expansion, wear resistance, insulation, and corrosion resistance.
A qualified hydraulic hose is “refined” and must pass one or more performance tests before it can finally flow to the market and be used in various fields.
