The occurrence of hydraulic pipe explosion will cause hydraulic oil leakage, and maintenance will be troublesome afterwards. So what are the reasons for hydraulic pipe explosion?
Use inferior hydraulic pipes
When the original hydraulic pipes are damaged, many people choose inferior hydraulic pipes that are not up to the standard for the sake of cheapness. In terms of performance and reliability, they are far less than the original. Moreover, the metal joints at both ends of the inferior quality hydraulic pipes have a poor withholding process, and oil leakage will occur after a period of time. Therefore, the replacement of hydraulic pipes must choose the products of regular large manufacturers.
Hydraulic system pressure is too high
Excessively high preset pressure in the hydraulic system will increase the probability of tube explosion. Combining various actions to test the pressure value generated by the main pump, if it is confirmed that the pressure value is too large, the pressure of the multi-way valve can be appropriately lowered.
Hydraulic oil temperature is too high
Excessively high temperature will also affect the sealing of the hydraulic components and cause leaking of the burst tube. In addition, the high temperature will also expand the hydraulic components, causing the spool and valve body to be stuck, resulting in the local high temperature causing the burst tube.
Mixing hydraulic oil with different labels
Excavators leave the factory to use 46# hydraulic oil by default. If you add 68# hydraulic oil that is common in parts stores during use, it will cause unstable hydraulic oil properties and damage components. High-viscosity hydraulic oil has poor fluidity, which will cause higher pressure in the hydraulic system and easily cause pipeline leakage.
Inappropriate operating habits
Rough operation will cause a huge impact load to generate instantaneous impact pressure in the hydraulic system. The impact pressure will cause the premature failure of the junction of the high-pressure oil pipe joint and the hose to leak oil or burst the pipe, greatly shortening the service life of the hydraulic pipe. In addition, rough operation will also affect the durability of other components, causing frequent mechanical failures. Therefore, the operation of the excavator must be soft at ordinary times, and high-intensity and high-risk actions should not be performed.
