Aging detection is a process that simulates various factors involved in the actual use conditions of the product and conducts corresponding condition-strengthening experiments on the aging of the product. The experiments were mainly focused on plastic materials. Common aging mainly includes light aging, moist heat aging and hot air aging.
PVC plastic hoses must use an ultraviolet accelerated aging testing machine, with a maximum of 8 cycles.
Each 12-hour period includes 8 hours of ultraviolet exposure (UV-A, 340mm, 60℃) and 4 hours of water experiment (60℃). After 144 hours of testing (1 hour equals 27 hours in reality), the product cannot break. And the color must be within level 4 to pass the UV test. Besides, products that have not undergone strict UV protection treatment will fade seriously. It will break after a while. Moreover, there will be oil stains on the surface and the service life will not be long. It will seriously affect the use of consumers.
