Some clients said that their rubber hoses did not have any problems during use. But they find that if bend the flexible rubber pipe a lot (such as 180 degrees) and expose to the open air for a week. Then there will be problem that many cracks appear. While it seems like that the rubber tube pipe ages. But in some cases, this kind of crack is not too obvious. Then why this problem comes?
What cause industrial rubber hoses crack
First, cracks are easy to occur after bending. It may be that the ozone resistance is relatively poor. Besides, the low rubber content also affects it. Then you can improve it by adjusting the formula. For example, increase the rubber content.
Second, the rubber content is high. But there are still crack on the surface. While this may caused by the filler. Then you can change the raw rubber and protection system to improve this.
Bend the flexible rubber hose pipe and expose it to the outdoors for seven days, hose cracks. It concern to rubber content of the natural rubber tubing. But the rubber content may not be the main reason. While it may mostly because that the press gets together after bending. Then it speed the aging up. Besides, after 7 days’ exposure, the UV in the sunlight affect the flexible rubber tubing. Then it cause the nitrile rubber tube age and crack.
