PVC layflat hose can be used in aquaculture
The materials of chemical composite hoses are selected according to the different conveying media. Therefore, the following points must be noted when using hoses:
1. When using chemical hoses, chemical hoses that match the conveying media must be selected.
2. After using the chemical hose, be sure to empty the residual medium in the chemical hose. Then, use clean water or corresponding detergent to clean it according to the conveying medium.
3. Dry it after cleaning. Then coil it and store it in a cool and dry place as required. Or store it flat.
4. There must be quick connectors at both ends of the chemical hose before storage. This can keep the inside of the chemical hose clean.
5. When laying chemical hoses, the ground should be cleaned to avoid sharp injuries.
6. Avoid cross-use of chemical hoses when conveying different media to avoid accidents.
7. If the conveying medium is a flammable and explosive medium, be sure to ground the metal joints of the chemical hose and the conductive wires with good conductivity. Avoid static electricity accumulation generated during the conveying process of the chemical medium and the occurrence of explosions.
