The first is the property test
The property tests includes aging test, UV resistance test, pressure test, etc. Aging resistance test is to put the sprayer hose into an aging box. After few hours there will not be any aging and distortion. Then UV test is to put the high pressure sprayer hose into a box with strong UV light. After few hours, there should not be any damage. While the pressure test is to test the extreme pressure resistance. For a reliable hose, the tested burst pressure should be 3 times of the working pressure. Because of the special work environment, these tests are necessary for the agricultural sprayer hose.
While the second test to PVC spray hose is the appearance test
According to the requirement of client, we will test the diameter and wall thickness. Then, we will check the printings on the hose like client’s logo, company name, etc. Besides, we will confirm the joint type and package method. While after the package, we will test the diameter of t he roll. Because that will be helpful for the loading.
