Use the bad quality hydraulic hose

Besides, it can’t guarantee the sealing and reliability because of the bad crimping of joints on both sides. Therefore there will be leakage sometime. Therefore, when need to change the hydraulic hose, you’d better to buy it from famous brand and never covet cheap.
The pressure in hydraulic system is too high
The higher the preset pressure in hydraulic system is, the more possible it will burst. You should test the pressure from the main pump first. If the pressure is too high, you can reduce the pressure in multitandem valve.
The hydraulic oil is overheat
The high temperature of hydraulic system will also affect the sealing of hydraulic components. Then cause leakage and burst. Besides, high temperature cause parts expand and cause valve element and body jammed. Further cause burst.
Mix different hydraulic oils
The original excavator use 46# hydraulic oil. But if you charge 68# during the usage, it may cause unstable property and hurt the elements. High viscosity hydraulic oil has poor liquidity, so it will cause high pressure in part of the system, then cause leakage.
