When the fuel dispenser fails to turn on the oil, do not dismantle it indiscriminately. First of all, it is necessary to observe carefully, analyze the cause of the failure, and conduct a step-by-step investigation according to the sequential flow of the hydraulic system.
1. First of all, it is necessary to judge whether it is the failure of the tanker or the failure of the bottom valve of the pipeline, otherwise it is easy to take a detour;
2. Do not dismantle it everywhere, which will cause damage to the sealing gasket and cause leakage of the hydraulic system;
3. It is best to use the sound of the oil pump to judge the fault point of the machine.
Tanker failure
The filter screen of the oil dispenser is blocked
The cleaning filter of the new station should be cleaned once during the trial operation, and then every 3-5 days. The cleaning cycle should be gradually extended according to the impurities and the amount of oil to be cleaned, but it is best to clean it once a month.
Oil gun failure
1.The filter screen or joint of the oil gun is blocked. During maintenance, the filter screen and joint of the oil gun should be disassembled, and then re-installed after removing impurities;
2.The oil gun is frequently self-sealing, resulting in no oil from the oil gun. The self-sealing mechanism of the oil gun should be overhauled, such as whether the air intake nozzle is blocked.
The flowmeter is stuck, causing the oil dispenser to fail to discharge oil
1.Due to impurities entering between the copper sleeve and the piston of the flowmeter, or because of the wear of the internal transmission mechanism (such as bakelite wheel, connecting rod, etc.), the four pistons cannot move, so that the oil machine cannot discharge oil. Flowmeter, remove the sundries in the copper sleeve, and replace the worn parts;
2.If the flowmeter is stuck due to the oil quality, the customer should be reminded to pay attention to whether the quality of the purchased oil is qualified.
