What is a high temperature insulation hose
First, it is also called flame retardant fireproof thermal insulation flexible duct, etc. Second, this hose is made of vulcanized silicone air duct, and the outer tube wraps with light yellow 2.5cm thick glass wool. Third, during processing, they will coat the wool. Therefore, after receiving the cotton, the thickness should not exceed about 1cm, and the factory will add a layer of high-temperature-resistant alu foil cloth to the cotton.
Heat insulation effect
This air duct is based on the ordinary high temperature insulation air duct with a layer of thermal insulation cotton. This plays the role of heat insulation. However, many customers will think that insulation is to isolate the hot air in the air duct together. And the temperature outside cannot touch. Otherwise, this is a wrong idea. For, it can only insulate for a period of time. Therefore, insulated air ducts will actually only make the temperature inside the air ducts radiate more slowly. Although it will not always maintain insulation.
