Pressure and temperature
To maintain a long service life, it must be used at the rated working pressure and ambient temperature. Because the thickness of the pipe wall and the temperature of use are always limited. The working temperature of the PU hose is about -40℃ to +120℃, and it can reach about 150℃ in a short time. As the temperature rises, the working pressure of the PU hose should be reduced accordingly. If it exceeds the limit, the hose may rupture.
Medium
During work, the medium may contain moisture. When the liquid temperature is too high or the liquid has corrosive chemical components, it may cause the hose to rupture.
External factors
PU vacuum hose is used in a specific space. When the working environment temperature is too high or there is chemical gas in the working space, it may cause the hose to crack.
Consumption in storage
The vacuum hose has the effect of hydrolysis resistance and aging resistance. However, this is not always the case. If stored for too long, the hose may break.
