Precautions when you use chemical composite hose
Steel wire hoses can be divided into two types. One is smooth steel wire hoses and the other one is steel wire spiral type. Smooth steel wire hose is more suitable for high pressure liquids. While the spiral steel wire hose is lighter and suitable for ventilation, vacuuming, etc.
Common smooth steel wire hoses include PVC steel wire hoses and PU steel wire hoses. PVC steel wire hose is made of transparent PVC material.

The general structure: high quality soft PVC, pipe wall covered with elastic steel wire.
Features: clear, acid, alkali, oil , negative pressure and chemical resistant.
Application: Widely used in liquids and gases in agriculture, industry, engineering, mines, oil depots, petrochemical equipment, etc.; raw material delivery pipes at the end of factory exhaust and suction powder; underground pipeline system exhaust and suction, etc. But its temperature resistance is very poor, it hardens at low temperatures, breaks easily, and is not wear-resistant.
PU steel wire hose is the best pipe for high pressure, suction and deliver of water, oil, and powder particles. It is usually used in suction and discharge of factories, farmland irrigation, coal mines, oil depots, wineries, food, medicine and sand pumping and sand blasting equipment. As well as supporting equipment such as vending machines, ice shavers and refrigerators.
Features: light weight, soft, good elasticity, corrosion and hydrolysis resistance, high transparency, non-toxic and odorless. Besides, it has a small bending radius and good vacuum property. In addition, it can maintain its original shape in a vacuum state. PU hose can maintain flexible at extremely low temp. It has high strength and long service life.
PU hose can transport food and beverages, oil, water, gas, solid particle, powder, etc.
