PE PA and PP corrugated hose look the same but quite different from each other
The interface is the joint where the fire fighter water hose connects to the fire truck hose, fire pump, fire hydrant or mobile water monitor. It mainly includes hose interface, pipe thread, valve cover, internal thread, external thread, reducer, etc.
Please note when using:
1. In the use and storage, avoid falling, bumping and heavy pressure. Because these will cause difficulty to assembly.
2. Before the project, check the chute and sealing parts. If there is sludge, sand and other debris, remove them in time to prevent poor sealing.
3. If you connect the internal buckle interface, insert the claw into the chute. Then turn it fully clockwise. As for the fire truck hose, it is also necessary to straighten the layflat hose. Because this can prevent the hose from twist.
4. As for the storage, be careful to avoid contact with chemicals such as acids and alkali. Because these can break the seal and metal parts.
Water separator
It is to divides the water flow from the outlet line into the branch line water flow. It can be two parts, three parts and four parts of water depend on the number of branch.
1. Structure
Each has a water inlet and several water outlets. The interfaces are all internal buckle types. The water outlets has stop valve or ball valve. Then you can close them at any time to control the water flow.
2. Usage
Before use, check if the interface seals and valves are complete. During the harsh season, you must try to keep it warm to prevent freezing failure. Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterwards.
