The insecticide mechanical sprayer used in agricultural production is changed from mechanical to electric, which is labor-saving and convenient. The electric sprayer also has no more iron parts and is not easy to rust, which also greatly extends its service life. Therefore, the maintenance of the sprayer hose is even more important. Here is a method to replace the high-pressure spray hose.
Looking for a piece of iron pipe, I used a 1 cm diameter copper pipe and cut a 22 cm long piece with a saw.
Then insert this copper tube into the receiving tube. The inlet for general takeover is 12 mm and the outlet is 10 mm. Therefore, it is better to insert from a large segment. Use pointed pliers to turn the copper pipe a few times at the end that takes over the nozzle. The mouth of the copper pipe is enlarged and close to the nozzle.
Then apply AB glue between the copper pipe and the connecting pipe, the purpose is to combine the connecting pipe and the copper pipe. Let dry for 15 minutes.
Next, connect the hose directly to the output pipe of the spray pump. Clamp with clamp. If there is no excess clamp, you can also use the copper core of the copper core wire to tighten it with a few turns of stirrups.
After 15 minutes, you can repair the connection with the copper tube to remove the excess glue marks.
Connect the other end of the hose directly to the copper tube. Due to the elasticity of the hose, the connection is relatively tight.
Finally, use a clamp to fasten the hose and copper tube. For the convenience of changing the tube, I put the switch line that was in parallel with the tube into the bottom of the sprayer, which is convenient and beautiful. The replacement tube will last longer.
