Steam hose can work at high temp and corrosive environments
The hose replacement methods for gas hose are as follows:
- Firstly, measure the inner diameter of gas hose, and purchase suitable hoses according to the standard. If the diameter is too large, it is easy to loose and leak after installation; if the diameter is too small, it is not easy to install.
- During installation, close the main valve and remove the old pipe to check whether the air port is pollut-free. Then, put the new hoseinto a set of clips and then plug in the air port.
- The hose must be inserted to the end, and the clip should be locked at a suitable distance, that is, about the middle part of the metal air port (it cannot be stuck on the edge of the gas hose and easily slip off).
- Finally, open the air valve and check whether each joint is tight.

- Purchase hoses withegistered trademarks, and do not purchase products without anything(Chinese factory name, Chinese factory address, telephone number, production license number, product logo, production date, Chinese product manual, trademark, etc., three or more products without the above elements are sanwu products.)
- The wall thickness of the soft pipe shall be uniform, free from bubbles, impurities, cracks, spongiform and other defects affecting the use.
Pinch with your hand to be elastic, too hard or too soft are not conducive to use.
- Even if the appearance is intact, the gas hoseshould be replaced regularly to ensure the safety of the home.
