Emergency release of spring brake cylinder
When the brake hose connecting the spring brake cylinder leaks and causes self-braking, just unscrew the bolts on the cylinder to the release position to release the brake.
Note
1. Before releasing the spring brake cylinder, you should first shift into the first gear and check whether the driving brake is normal.
2. When releasing the spring brake cylinder on a sloped road, the wheels must be blocked to prevent the vehicle from slipping.
Use of inflation connector
The combined air dryer is installed. Thus the pressure regulating valve and the air dryer are into one. And an inflation connector is set on the air reservoir. Screw the inflation hose on the inflation connector to inflate the tire or inflate the vehicle’s air circuit from an external air source.
Maintenance of brake pipes
When welding, cutting or drilling near brake plastic pipes, the following regulations should be followed:
1. First release the gas in the pipes
2. Cover the pipes to prevent damage from sparks, flames and hot chips
3. The max temperature allowed for the non-pressure pipes is 130℃ for 1 hour
