Focus on these factors to install a PVC hose
Please choose a metal connector suitable for the size of the hose and match it with it.
When insert the fish scale groove part of the joint into the hose, apply oil to the hose and the fish scale groove. And do not burn it with fire. If it can not insert, heat the hose with hot water and insert it.
Inspection
Before using the PVC tube, please confirm if there is any abnormal factors. For example, the hose is soft and there are bubbles. Then change a new hose if you find something bad.
During the normal use of the PVC pipe, be sure to carry out a regular inspection once a month.
The service life of the hose is largely affected by the feature, temp, flow rate and pressure of the fluid. If abnormal signs are found, please stop using it. Then repair or replace the hose with a new one.
How to store
After the use, please remove the residue inside the plastic hose.
Please store it indoors or in a dark and ventilated place.
Do not store the hose in an extremely bent state.
Do not incinerate. Because it will damage the incinerator when incinerated. Please dispose of it as industrial waste.
When discarding, please follow the classification requirements of each region.
