Selection of industrial hose materials
In the electroplating process, the material selection of industrial hoses is crucial. According to the composition of the electroplating solution and the process requirements, the material of the industrial hose needs to have the following features:
Corrosion resistance
The electroplating solution usually contains acidic or alkaline substances. Therefore, the industrial hose needs to have good corrosion resistance to prevent corrosion by the electroplating solution.
Wear resistance
In the electroplating process, the industrial hose needs to transport the workpiece or the electroplating solution. Therefore, it needs to have good wear resistance to prevent wear.
High temperature resistance
In some electroplating processes, high temperature electroplating solution is required. Therefore, the industrial hose needs to have good high temperature resistance.
Tensile resistance
The industrial hose needs to have good tensile resistance to prevent it from being broken during the transportation of workpieces or electroplating solutions.
According to the above requirements, the material of the industrial hose can be selected from poly PTFE, PU, PVC, etc. These materials have excellent corrosion, wear and high temperature resistance. Therefore, it can meet various requirements in the electroplating process.
