PE PA and PP corrugated hose look the same but quite different from each other

Crack in the weld
The flexible bellow section in metal hose is longitudinal seam pipe. The quality problem on longitudinal seam itself make the strength inadequate and then cause crack on the weld.
Bad performance in pressure resistance
The metal hose will burst because the pressure is or medium temperature is too high. This problem is because of the unsuccessful design. So supplier should design and produce according to the strict standard. As for user, you should buy metal hose from famous and reliable brand.
Fatigue
In the dynamic working condition for a long time, metal hose may break with the cyclic loading function. This belongs to the normal failure.
Steel net pull out
The bad quality weld cause cold joint in part of steel wires during the trinity weld of bellow, ring and steel net. Cold joint cause steel net pull out.
Steel wire pull cut
Because of the improper installation or bear higher pressure, there will bear tensile and twist. If the tensile and twist strength beyond the extreme strength that steel net can bear, the steel wire will be pulled cut. Further, the bellow will be broken and cause leakage.
Bad joint welding quality
When weld metal hose and joint, there will be defect with improper operation. The defect cause leakage and it’s hard to check out.
