PVC pipe is a common hose used in the production and life of everyone, but it often causes defects in the product due to various reasons in the production process. As a professional PVC manufacturer, let me introduce the common causes and solutions of PVC pipes.
Flat and elliptical reasons:
1. Tube molding cooling is not sufficient. If the tube is not sufficiently cooled by molding, the tube will hang down due to the force of gravity and the tube will be supported by the supporting wheel, and the tube will become flat;
2, the roller is too high;
3. The printing machine and the tractor are pressed too tightly.
4. The billet enters the water;
5. The vacuum is too low.
Solution:
1. Slow down or increase the water in and out;
2. Replace the sealing ring;
3. Eliminate the accumulation of water in the tube;
4. Adjust the printer;
5. The height and pressure of the tractor;
6. Replace the sizing sleeve.
Reasons for the product’s presence:
1. There is more gas in the cooling water of the shaping box;
2. For the setting box adopting the bath-type cooling forming, the inlet water pressure is too large; and for the setting box adopting the spray cooling forming, the inlet water pressure may be too low or part of the sprinkler head may be blocked;
3. The sizing sleeve is seriously damaged.
Solution:
1. Check the pump room;
2. Reduce the amount of water entering the side of the round spot;
3. Adjust the position of the shaping box;
4. Clean the nozzle;
5. Check the water pump;
6. Replace the shaping sleeve.
Reason for product surface marking:
1. The outer wall of the pipe is marked. The set of rough or sizing sleeves is provided with a hard substance; the end face of the die is pulled; the vacuum seal rubber ring is attached with a hard substance; the pipe is out of contact with the cutting machine or other hard objects after the molding machine is too good;
2. The inner wall of the pipe is marked. The end face of the core mold is pulled.
Solution:
1. Clean the sizing sleeve and the die;
2, apply a certain amount of paraffin;
3. It is possible to move the shaping box back and forth;
4. Increase or decrease the degree of vacuum.
Product groove reason:
1. Impurities in the nose;
2. If the feeding is insufficient or the material is not compacted, the machine head is extruded;
3. The shunt of the bracket is too thick.
Solution: clean up and adjust
Product matte reasons:
1. The die temperature is low;
2. The production extrusion temperature is low;
3. The formula or head design is not good.
Solution:
1, warming up;
2, refueling;
3. Replace the sizing sleeve and the die.
