Firstly, Working pressure
When selecting the model,make sure about the WP.Highly recommend the hose and connector WP higher than the WP of the system.At least,the pressure equal to the system WP.
About the monopulse pressure or maximum pressure in the system.Should be lower than the highest hose range.That is to say the worst is equal to that.
Secondly,engineering bursting pressure(EBP)
In a few words,for the pressure cause hose cracking.It should be 4 times the WP.
So far as known,most of the company conform this standard.
In fact,when manufacture the steel wire hose.They can ensure 4 times pressure design and production.
But the commodity samples in the EBP value. It is only a detection.This detection is for hose production and manufacture.So this value can not be the reference when select model.
Lastly, temperature range
In order to prevent the damage to the hose.To keep the characteristics of the pu steel wire hose.
The WP of the material can not high than the range.
Also the WP of the surrounding can not exceed the range.
Otherwise it will make the hose aging soon.What worse,this will cause leak. Hose temperature range from -40℃ to 90℃. 125℃ acceptable for a short time.
