The application of hydraulic hose in brake system and power steering system
Rubber hoses are used in a wide usage. But there are many things to focus on when using it. Let me introduce to you.
The use of hose precautions:
1. Be sure to use the hose within the suggested temperature and pressure range.
2. The hose will expand and contract with the internal pressure. Cut the hose to a length slightly longer than you need.
3. When adding pressure, in order to avoid shock pressure, please open and close the valve slowly.
4. Please use it above its bending radius, otherwise the hose will be broken and the pressure resistance will be reduced.
5. When conveying powder or particles, please enlarge the bending radius.
6. Do not use it in an extremely bent state near metal parts.
7. Do not put the hose in direct contact with or close to fire.
8. Do not use the vehicle step on the hose.
For fluids:
1. The hose should be suitable for the transported fluid.
2. Please consult the product supplier before using the hose for oil, powder, toxic chemicals and strong acid or alkali.
Notes for the assembly:
1. Please select the hose fitting that is suitable for the hose size.
2. When inserting the connector into the hose, apply oil on the end of the tube. Do not bake it with fire. If you cannot insert it, heat the hose with hot water and then insert the connector.
3. Please insert the serrated end of the joint into the hose completely.
4. Please avoid ligation with iron wire, please choose a special sleeve or cable tie.
5. Please avoid using scratched or rusted joints.
Notes for inspection:
1. Check before use: Before using the hose, please confirm whether there is abnormal trauma, harden, soften, etc.
2. Regular inspection: During the use of the hose, be sure to check it once a month.
Safety matters:
1. Operators should wear protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots, and eye protection. These equipment are mainly used to protect the operator.
2. Ensure the safety and order of the work area.
3. Check whether the joints on each pipe are firm.
4. When not in use, do not keep the tube in a pressure-resistant state. Shut-off pressure can extend the life.
