The rubber tube of the cloth is composed of an inner rubber layer, a multi-layer cloth woven or a cord winding layer and an outer rubber layer.
Causes of uneven thickness of the rubber layer of the rubber tube
1. When the mandrel is used, the air volume is not properly controlled, and the tube blank is partially enlarged.
2, the inner layer of rubber extrusion eccentric
3, the core rod is not straight and the core rod coating is less than the release agent
4, the tube blank core rod process in the middle of the wind
5, the extruded tube blank has not been cold though, that is, the rod.
6, the glue layer overlap too much
What are the solutions?
1. Control the amount of air blow, do not remove the wind in the middle, but gradually reduce the air intake as the mandrel is continuously inserted into the tube blank.
2. Strictly control the extrusion process conditions of the inner layer of glue, and adjust the mouth shape of the extruder.
3, the release agent should be evenly applied
4, straight core rod regularly
5, after the extruded tube blank is fully cooled (usually parked for not less than 2h)
6. Adjust the width of the outer rubber strip to make the overlapping width of the mat not exceed 5mm.
