Bulk Material Handling Hose
Bulk Material S/D Hose is a softwall hose that suitable for the discharge and suction of bulk products such as limestone, sand, dry cement, and fertilizer. The tube and cover are highly abrasion resistant.
Application:
For suction, discharge or gravity flow of abrasives, dry cement,sand,gravel etc in manufacturing, sandblast recovery, mineral processing and power plants.
The hose is light weight and easy to install with small outer diameter. Thus it’s suitable for transporting various media and chemical raw materials such as mud or materials. While it serves in transfer and high-pressure systems. For the production of such hose, the operating temperature is between -40° and +120°. Synthetic rubber with low fluid resistance and smoothness is used as the inner tube material. High-strength steel wire works as the reinforce. And the outer skin is made of high elasticity and wear and weather resistant material.

Tube: Pure gum compound
Reinforcement: Multi ply synthetic fabric with steel wire helix
Cover: Black synthetic rubber, fabric impression, corrugated or smooth.
