Aircraft ground refueling hose is designed for both discharge operations and ground fueling of aircrafts. It can defuel with kerosene or petroleum fuel, aromatic content ≤50%. The aviation hose can be rolled up onto reels. Besides, such oil hose has been recognized by the major oil companies. It’s light in weight, flexible and abrasion resistant.
For oil hoses, static is the most important safety factor. Because static can cause fire. And once it happens, it may burn the hose. What’s more, if your are refueling the plane, it will cause serious accident and ecomonic loss. Even burn the plane. Thus you should pay more attention to the static problem. While in order to avoid such risk, we insert 2 crossed copper wires into the hose. By grounding the wires, it can effectively conduct the static to the ground. So that the refueling work can be safe.
Refueling Hose Structure:
Tube: Black and smooth NBR
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic plies with 2 grounding crossing copper wires
Cover: Black, smooth, fire proof, antistatic (R<106 Ohm/m) and cloth impression CR, resistant to chemicals, ozone and weather
Application:
It is for aircraft ground refueling. Fuels with aromatic content up to 50%. It’s ideal for air plane, helicopter and many other air crafts.
