UHMWPE Chemical Suction hose
The rubber, lightweight and flexible chemical suction and discharge hose excellent in handling a wide range of chemicals, petroleum products and oils. Special kink and crush resistance utilizing a multi-ply construction. It’s excellent for use in demanding abusive transfer applications.The hose can transfer almost every common industrial chemicals used in industry today.
With The UHMWPE lining, the hose greatly increases the chemical resistance. In addition, it also helps resist other solvents and corrosives. Thus it performs more better than normal chemical hose.
Structure:
Tube: White, Smooth Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), EPDM.
Reinforcement: Multi plies high strength synthetic fabric and helix wire
Cover: Chemical, weather and ozone resistant EPDM; blue or green; wrapped or corrugated
Application:
Designed for in-plant or tank truck use, suction and discharge of chemicals and solvents.
Temperature:
-40℃ (-72 ℉) to + 120℃ (+248 ℉)
