Steel Wire Braid Hydraulic Hose SAE100 R2 / EN 853 2SN

SAE 100 R2 steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for petroleum-base hydraulic oils thanks to its oil resistant tube. Besides, it can convey the oils without producing excessive heat and leak. It is mainly used in some mobile equipment, such as farm tractor and dump truck. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber. So it is mainly used to transfer oils. The reinforce is two layers of high tensile braided steel wires, making the hose have solid structure and resistant to high pressure. Thus, it perform well in high pressure works. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which resists weather, ozone, corrosion, abrasion, aging, sunlight and cut. The hose has longer service life as a result.

Hydraulic Hose R2 Is Ideal For:

High pressure hydraulic lines. It exceeds SAE 100 R2 AT, SAE 100 R2 Type S and EN853 2SN.

Reinforcement:
Two layers of high-tensile steel wires braid.
Cover: Black, oil, abrasion and weather resistant thin synthetic rubber. Wrapped surface and Smooth surface are available.

-40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃)

Importe LG NBR from South Korea,
Importe BELKTA steel wire with high tensile strength 2750Mpa from Belgium.

Our bunching machine is SEJIN MACHINE from Korea.The advantages of the machine are high accuracy and high consistency. The suspension difference < 70MM, while the international standard is 120MM.
We use Mitsubishi electric control braiding machine to get high accuracy data collection, real-time braiding angle monitoring and correction.

Laboratory:
Our factory has strong quality control team and we set up advanced laboratory.
Before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material
After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification.
Each hose is tested 2 times on working pressure.
We do everything that possible to supply good quality goods for our customer.

Packing:

After finishing the Hydraulic Hose production, we will pack the hose. In general, the package could be woven bag and plastic film. Special package is available according to customers’ requirements.
